   canonical expectations.

   essays/guides, BreadcrumbList on nested docs. Skip schema theater —
   no markup for markup's sake.

Site-wide:
3. llms.txt — regenerate from current reality; every link a .md URL.
4. Check robots concerns: draft rows render only on dev envs (noindex) —
   confirm nothing draft leaks to live.
5. Sitemap sanity: every indexable page reachable in ≤ 3 clicks from home.

Report format: table of page → title → description → issues found, then the
exact head HTML blocks to apply per page. Apply them after I approve.
